- Faust
Origin: Ballarat to Melbourne
About Me: Melbourne’s Dr Faust sold his soul to the devil for knowledge and power. He now fills his time before eternal damnation, creating worlds and characters that take reference from his surroundings and distorted childhood memories.

About me: Hailing from Melburn’s west side Siren Doll is a mix of creative energy making an honest living as a Graphic Designer and freelancing in music journalism, photography and art direction. Her design education started as a 4 year old with Lego and kinder art and progressed to random street art prompting her to paint an entire bus for a final high school project. The artwork of Siren Doll is influenced by pop culture, vintage comics, Charles Blackman, Picasso, old skool graff pieces and everyday advertising.

About Me: Call & Response – The brainchild of Producer/MC PRK. After spending years in his bedroom studio mastering his craft, producing and perfecting an arsenal of beats, PRK realised it was time to take his music to the people, but not alone. He approached vocalist PETE ALEXANDER after witnessing several of his explosive live sets as frontman for the band A PROCESS OF, to see if he he’d be interested in getting involved. PETE agreed to take the mic, all that was missing now was someone to man the turntables. They called upon the hands of DJ SNESmega ( Swerv n Kolide) to take the helm. Since then, Two years of constant jam sessions spanning from Footscray, Kingsville , to Dandenong have shaped the trio into a sharp energetic live act, continually producing fat beats and ill rhymes, seasoned with the sharpest cuts. Now that their debut album VALIDATED is finally completed, you will be able to find out for yourself why CALL & RESPONSE are the ones to watch!

About Me: Amazed by music as a child, grown up now it is the only thing that stays free and wild. refreshed from the confines of blandness, i’m floating in sound, be it sadness, or joy, love or madness, I’m free when i’m writing to beats that inspire me like this one, giggle like a school girl when finding a kickdrum or sample that’s timeless in motion, express on the page from my heart with devotion, my potion; my elixir, as i go now in the, soundscape tapestry to flow, rhyme or spit some, then slow from within, hum or sing but never hinder, cause life isn’t anything without art to bring love, so lift up, gather round the cipher as we drift off, and soar like eagles in the style wars of hiphop, I tire, take a pitstop then rise above and spit a verse designed specifically to open hearts and give love! J. Waters n MysTorri have joined Forces(CHI) to bring you some tasty, spiritual and inspiring Hip-Hop with an Amazing Soulful Dynamic and Powerful edge bought to by Vocalist and Aspiring MC MysTorri.

About me: Saskwatch is a nine-piece collective of young Melbourne musicians playing original Soul, Hip-hop and Funk. With a sound born from busking on the streets of Melbourne, Saskwatch strives to move people with its delicious blend of old school grooves and break-beats, organ, guitar and a kick-arse horn section. The band’s influences comprise a mixture of the Afro-American Funk and Soul music of the late 60s and 70s, such as James Brown and the JBs, Booker T and the MGs, The Meters, King Curtis, Gangstarr, Herbie Hancock and Curtis Mayfield; and more recent acts such as The RH Factor, Bamboos, D’Angelo, The Roots and Ozomatli. So far Saskwatch has performed on various stages around Melbourne, including Federation Square, The Rainbow Hotel, Gertrudes Brown Couch and The East Brunswick Club. In April Saskwatch performed live-to-air on PBS FM’s Soul Time with Vince Peach, which resulted in the independently released debut EP Saskwatch
